Adorno Companions have been working tirelessly throughout the pandemic to keep our clients and companions as safe as possible, while ensuring overall well-being is maintained.
This has led to not only being nominated for the category of Best Home Care Specialists in the South West, but winning the category at the Prestige Award 20/21!
Chief Executive, Emma Doney comments “our clients are truly like family to us and the most important thing in the world is to keep them safe, but also, to make sure their positive mental health is maintained while activity classes remain postponed and leisure centres closed. A lot of our clients normally enjoy attending exercise classes, going for coffee and cake, playing snooker at social clubs..all of this has been turned upside down. A lot of our clients are clinically vulnerable and therefore providing the same consistent companion throughout the Covid-19 pandemic has been a life line to both our clients and their family members in maintaining some form of normality. We are so grateful to our companions for their continued hard work and doing their bit in keeping over 65s safe.”
