Yate and Chipping Sodbury Toy and Activity Bank Launch

Adorno Companions have been working with the community during Covid-19 to make sure we have reason to reach out to those hardest to find and often therefore the most vulnerable. We are also keen to promote positive mental wellbeing of those self isolating or shielding during the Covid-19 lockdown.

This is exactly why we we have been fully supportive of the Toy and Activity Bank which is due to launch on 1st June from Chipping Sodbury Baptist Church.

Those in need of a toy or activity will be able to place requests for free and if they choose, donate the item back when they are finished.

Funding for the scheme has been provided by Yate Town Council Battle Fund and Dodington Parish Council.
